"The road of life twists and turns and no two directions are ever the same. Yet our lessons come from the Journey, not the destination." ~ Don Williams, Jr.

As a therapist I provide a safe space for pre-teens, teens, and young adults to open up and talk about what is going in their life. I work with young people in exploring ways to work through obstacles such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and conflicts at home.
Therapy is a process for teens to be open with sharing their feelings, become empowered, and overcome feeling like they don't belong and that they aren't good enough. Whatever conflicts and obstacles teens and young adults face, there's an opportunity for them to grow and discover themselves.
I assist parents in understanding issues teens are facing, improving the relationship between them and their child, and respond to challenges in the family. I can share effective skills for setting healthy limits and reconnecting with your teen.
